Refund policy

Your right to return

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Consumers in the EU and the UK have this right by law (right of withdrawal); we apply the same 14-day period to all customers worldwide.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the protective seal has been removed, unless they are faulty.
  • Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to return

  1. Email lovycommercelimited@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send a return to our registered office in Hong Kong; returns are only accepted at the address we give you.
  3. Ship the item back with a tracked service within 14 days of telling us you want to return it, and keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

You pay the cost of returning an item, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost or send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we refund the full price of the returned item(s), including the original standard shipping cost if you return the whole order, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovycommercelimited@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping costs. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
